Translate the documentation to Brazilian Portuguese

Like I said in that issue I created, I would like to translate the documentation to Brazilian Portuguese.

@STICKnoLOGIC said we use docsify for viewing the docs, and that I should create a PR on https://github.com/sticknologic/First-Accord-Docs

In that PR I guess I should create a new folder for the portuguese version, right? What sould this folder be called? I already have portuguese text for the Home.md file.

so the structure would be:

create a pull request in First-Accord-Docs repo once finalized

in the First Accord repo:
you need to create pt-br folder and copy and translate the index.html and readme.md then create a PR.
