Neither cpz nor rmz work on Windows 7, because Rust team betrayed us (Windows 7 users) and changed their compiler so that the binaries do not work on that OS by default. However, there is a workaround. Please, check if you can use it.

Can you download an older version of the binaries? Or are you trying to compile from cargo?

Oh Alex, the last version that works on Windows 7 is v2.0.0 (Jan 10, 2024).
It means Windows 7 users cannot get the important updates you made in v3.0.0.
That's why I created this issue so that you could investigate if compilation is possible.

Ah, bummer. I don't think I have time to look into this, but I'd welcome a PR.
