Man page job doc templates

The API routes for adding jobs to Mash expect a json file in a certain format. The specific format is documented in the API documentation but not in man pages.

Consider adding detailed information on the job doc arguments to the docstrings for the job add functions for each cloud provider.

This route may be a sufficient way to provide information in man pages and maintain an automagic generation and deployment.
