dotnet images becomes unusable after zypper refresh/update

It looks like you've hit a corner case where the microsoft repository got updated, but our image hasn't been updated yet. I'll try to modify the image to improve the UX in this corner case.

For now, I have removed the use of refresh and update in dotnet images, which helps. Thank you so much for looking into this!

This has been addressed by locking the container embedded version to the respective version range. thanks for your report!
