SLES 15 SP5 moved out of General Support into Long Term Service Pack Support (LTSS) mode

Happy New Year! Starting January 1st, SLE 15 SP5 is now in LTSS mode. A dedicated BCI base image for LTSS usage has been made available. Following the SUSE Product Lifecycle, this image remains regularly updated and supported until Dec 31st, 2027.

As part of the SP5 end of general support, the following container are now also out of regular support:

• Node.js 18 (move to Node.js 20)
• PostgreSQL 15 (move to PostgreSQL 16)
• OpenJDK 11 (move to OpenJDK 17)
