dotnet arm64 images

Hello,

Noticed that the BCI images for dotnet are amd64 only. Could you also offer arm64 variants?

Unfortunately no, as Microsoft does not provide arm binaries for SLES

Scripted install does work, so could be considered a workaround. Is it suse policy not to repackage binaries?
