Release of SLES 16.0 Beta BCI Base Container Images

The BCI team has been starting to publish builds of SLE BCI for the upcoming SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 16.0 release. These are under techpreview and incomplete (for example an embedded BCI rpm repository is missing). These issues will be resolved over the coming months. As this is a new major version, we'd love to hear about your feedback in adopting those containers!
