MariaDB Server and Client 11.4 added

With the release of the SLE15 SP7 based application containers, a number of version updates and additions have been happening. Here's a summary of it:

• mariadb-server and mariadb-client 11.4 have been added. 10.11 is still maintained until end of SP6 overlap period (that is, end of 2025)
• 389-ds has been updated to 2.5
• python 3.13 has been added. 3.12 is maintained until end of overlap period. 3.11 and 3.6 remain.
• ruby 3.4 has been added. ruby 2.5 remains.
