Contributor Name Missing

I successfully completed a pull request (#38 ) in this repository, and it was merged without any conflicts. However, I noticed that my name is not listed in the contributors' section (e.g., CONTRIBUTORS.md or elsewhere in the repository where contributors are recognized).
Could you please confirm how contributors are added to the list and guide me on resolving this issue? Thank you!

Did you solve all the 31 algorithms?!
Do we need to create the PR only when we solve all the problems?

In my case I just solved 15 problems as far now and I may or may not complete all the others before jan 21..
Will they provide a certificate in this case, like completing only 15 problems?!

I plan to do the PR on Jan 20 because in the meantime I will try to program the remaining algorithms!!
