Discharge plots L2 or L4

It seams that in the validation/figs directory, the plots are:

• $REACH_ID_$FLPE are L2 products since plots can be found for HIVDI and SAD while they do not provide flpe result
• $REACH_ID_dschg_[bhimos] are L2 products also.

@SteveCoss am I correct ?

The time series of both L2 products are not the same, do you know why ?

I think you are seeing the MOI issue manifest again. MOI had an output, then that got used in the offline discharge module. The parameters are fed back to the individual FLPE flow laws and may be informed by different ratios of thier own nearby reach results.
