Bluce Cave speed issue / cable and wifi #20

Hello, I have recently bought Blue Cave, and from the start I have an issue with speed.
I have tried regular latest firmware and now BLUECAVE_R5.1.3-g9b2aad7.
I have 400/100Mbps from my ISP - when I connet laptops directly to WAN it shows up to 400.
But on Blue Cave - on lan port via cable it goes around 100-150 and via Wifi up to 140-170 max.
It seems that the router cuts the speed somehow. I have tried many settings and its still the same.
On forums I see some info about Level 2: Level 1 (CTF) + FA (Flow Accelerator) / but I dont know if that's an issue.
My MAC addresss is cloned - I though to register this routers MAC to my ISP without cloning..
Do you have any suggestions?
