Aantekeningen Perceived Performance:

• The concept deals with psychological aspects of waiting, basically keeping customers busy or engaged while something else is happening.
• To keep the customer engaged, we can use skeleton screens (implementation demo) instead of loading indicators.
• Beware though: skeleton screens should be tested before deploying as some tests showed that skeleton screens can perform the worst by all metrics.
