Inspera Live Exam One-Way Audio - System Checks Pass, but Proctor is Silent

The Issue:

I am taking a proctored exam live speaking exam via the Inspera browser Exam Portal . I am facing a persistent One-Way Audio issue:

Outbound OK: The proctor can hear me clearly.

Inbound FAIL: I cannot hear the proctor at all (Silence).
My device is windows 10 laptop with wired
home internet connection
Note: I passed the pre-exam "System Audio Check" successfully (I could hear the sample music), but the live voice stream from the proctor fails.
