We do not enforce anything related to Windows Hello. Please check your operating system configuration or then contact the IT department of your institution with respect to the allowed authentication methods. |

Safe Exam Browser on Windows forces Windows Hello facial recognition on my device. Facial recognition has been removed/disabled, but it does not work within SEB, which prevents me from logging in. Please check the SEB configuration or allow an alternative login method such as PIN or password.
