CGO: disabledDescription
During connection process under Control Panel\Network Connections the sing-tun tunnel appears and almost immediately disappears.
(Edit) Additional details:
Tested with multiple servers from 2 paid VPN providers which function on other systems.
In Throne client version 1.0.13 (uses sing-box) the System Proxy option is working as expected while the Tun Mode for the same servers causes an error or a crash (sing-tun Tunnel also immediately dissapears).
No effect from: netsh winsock reset, netsh int ip reset, ipconfig /flushdns
Reproduction
Used sing-box-1.12.14-windows-386-legacy-windows-7.zip on a Windows 7 32-bit machine.
Used exported config from Throne client version 1.0.13 (expires on 01.01.2026):
config.json
Executed sing-box.exe run.

Integrity requirements
- I confirm that I have read the documentation, understand the meaning of all the configuration items I wrote, and did not pile up seemingly useful options or default values.
- I confirm that I have provided the server and client configuration files and process that can be reproduced locally, instead of a complicated client configuration file that has been stripped of sensitive data.
- I confirm that I have provided the simplest configuration that can be used to reproduce the error I reported, instead of depending on remote servers, TUN, graphical interface clients, or other closed-source software.
- I confirm that I have provided the complete configuration files and logs, rather than just providing parts I think are useful out of confidence in my own intelligence.
