Disable border on cmdline specifically

Hi I set completion.menu.border = "rounded" but it also affect cmdline autocomplete menu thing. Is there a way to disable the border just in the cmdline?

It would be nice to have separate highlight groups for the cmdline menu, so we can style the menu differently.
For backward compatibility, the new groups could simply link to the existing ones by default.
