disabling cmdline completion while keeping search completion

The cmdline completion feels weird to me, and I really would like to keep it the way it was before starting to use blink.

Though at the same time I enjoy completion in search mode (/ and ?). Is there a way to disable cmdline-completion for :, while keeping it for / and ??

I tried using the following, but that makes neither blink nor my old noice based workflow work…
