using blink.cmp on raspbian?

hello, i recently updated my init.lua to work with blink.cmp. and i use the same init.lua on different systems i work with, one of them being a raspberry pi 4 running raspbian.

when launching neovim on raspbian i get the below error message,

i searched these discussions for the word raspbian and did not come across anything nor did i come across anything in the github issues other than a pr that was not merged.

It looks like you're using a 32 bit build of neovim. Are you able to use a 64-bit installation instead?

sorry i didn't respond sooner. this raspberry pi 4 runs raspbian and i believe raspbian defaults to 32 bit the rpi 4. i think the processor is 64 bit, but then this pi is part of my 3d printer which runs klipper, so i'm not trying to swap out the entire OS to get a 64 bit library.

is possible to build a 32 bit version of the installation?

Yep, you can add build = "cargo build --release" to your lazy.nvim spec, requires rust nightly, further details in the installation docs. I've opened an issue for providing 32 bit binaries: #1941

Not sure what the error is, seems to come from lazy.nvim. You can drop the build = 'cargo build --release' and instead set opts = { fuzzy = { implementation = 'lua' } }. This avoids the rust binary entirely at the cost of some performance

yeah apparently there's a timeout for lazy.nvim from what i see in the config. however setting it something like 600 aka 10 minutes didn't work for me, so i just ran cargo build --relase from the below dir via a shell, and neovim startups without errors now.
