To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Task.
2. Change something in the task.
3. Scroll down to and click save.
4. See error

Expected behavior
Error should not be thrown. Looks like the APTask trigger on the Task is causing this error. This only happens on certain Tasks, not all.
