Clarifications on Survey Force

Hi @jrattanpal,

I need a couple of information required from you.

Is survey app will support the multi-language?
Can we send the survey link based on the conditions?
Defining the threshold for survey response score?
Customer satisfaction score to be displayed on the Account page?
The survey app supports phone integration on sending the survey to the customer's phone and needs to be stored in the salesforce once the customer submits?

• Is survey app will support the multi-language?
  No but we are using Labels, You should be able to use translation workbench to translate.

• Can we send the survey link based on the conditions?
  You should be able to yes. There is Apex code that generates the link. You can use that to generate it programmatically and send it.

• Defining the threshold for survey response score?
  We don't have a built in one. But you could create one. Based on a condition, you can change "Share_with_Guest_User__c (Publically available)" field to false. Then guest users will not be able to see that survey

• Customer satisfaction score to be displayed on the Account page?
  Not sure what you mean here. But any values from the results, you can pull those in other areas. But you will have to build something around that (Survey ANswers->Survey->Contact->Account)

• The survey app supports phone integration on sending the survey to the customer's phone and needs to be stored in the salesforce once the customer submits?
  No SMS integration. But you could build your own with some application.
