Feature Request: Support for HTML/CSS in Picklist Fields for Enhanced Customization

I am writing to request a feature enhancement for Salesforce Surveys. Currently, Survey force allow the use of emojis in picklist fields, but they do not support HTML or CSS for further customization. Adding support for HTML and CSS in picklist fields would greatly enhance the flexibility and responsiveness of survey design, providing a richer and more engaging user experience.

Feature Request:

• Objective: Enable HTML and CSS support within picklist fields in Salesforce Surveys.
• Use Case: Many organizations need to customize their surveys with responsive elements, such as styled star ratings, custom icons, or formatted text, which cannot be achieved with plain text or emojis alone.
• Benefit: Allowing HTML and CSS will enable survey creators to design more engaging and visually appealing surveys. This includes the ability to:
• Style picklist options with custom fonts, colors, and sizes.
• Add HTML elements like images, icons, or formatted text.
• Improve accessibility and user experience by using responsive design techniques.

We are using https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.pages.meta/pages/pages_compref_selectOptions.htm for picklist and are limited by what is allowed in that.
