School tab

• Make school name uneditable on edit screen of school
• Refresh assessment and school cache on change of state of school.
• Wierd padding on edit screen.

• On school creation, the msg prompt is not right and also user remains on edit screen. Should land back on main page.
• Download not working on edit screen.

• On location creation, the msg prompt is not right and also user remains on edit screen. Should land back on main page.

• On teacher edit, make UDISE editable with check of valid UDISE.
• Make Designation uneditable on teacher edit screen
• School main screen is not rendered fit to screen.

• There's some limit on download button of student tab. I could only download 1000 entries at once.
• Update filters on student tab. For UDISE and school name we want search suggestion filter.
• UI got weird when I added many filters.
