[Bug] Admin Console Searching in Shiksha Saathi User Tab

Description: Not able to search by usernames with space in them. Also if we add space at the end, the search results get reset to original view.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Exact match of a username with space in them should be the first in result when searched by exact username.
2. If we input space after the username the search results should not be reset.

Hi, this is due to previous requirement of "contains" based search in username. To incorporate exact match of usernames we'll have to remove the similar functionality.
