Support Czech language

I try reinstal TopNotify, restarts. but notifications are still in right down corner.

Looks like Czech language systems aren't supported yet. I'll try to add support in the next update.

I'm quite busy with university applications, so it will take some time, sorry.

it is ok. Thank you for answer. I switch win to ENG language till next version. It is much lower pain for me than notifications.
