Missing dependencies for the AgentLaboratory after major version update #99

Hello,
First of all, thank you for sharing this amazing software. I truly appreciate your efforts in maintaining and improving it.
After the major version update last month, I attempted to reinstall the AgentLaboratory.
However, I noticed that some dependencies seemed to be missing. Specifically, the following packages were required:
flask, flask_sqlalchemy, sentence_transformers, tf-keras, tensorflow
Regarding tensorflow, I was able to get the agent running by installing the following dependencies, which I believe were removed in a previous update:
tensorboard==2.18.0
tensorboard-data-server==0.7.2
tensorflow==2.18.0
tensorflow-io-gcs-filesystem==0.37.1
Could you kindly confirm if these are the correct versions or provide guidance on the recommended versions of these dependencies?
