how to install on an immutable linux distro like bazzite

I can't find any appimage or flatpak for the app and the homebrew fails to install with this

Not 100% sure as Im not experienced with immutable linux. But I think it simply means that C compilers are missing or not complete

i think bazzite doesn't come with the nesscicary build tools not sure if it even includes cmake, so building it wont work. I thought the homebrew package was a prebuilt binary

I did get it working though by installing it from the aur in arch distrobox. only problem is distrobox doesn't automatically update aur packages when you update your system it seems.

also just found out there is a rpm https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/headsetcontrol

so I could just layer it onto the system with

rpm-ostree install headsetcontrol

but that's kinda of a last resort as that can break things
