Add outline items for the PDF

sorry if I create too many issues, but I just noticed today that the generated PDF doesn't have outline items for readers to jump around:

Is there a way to create an outline in the sidebar for PDF readers?

I couldn't find a way to do it with code so I had to buy a software to do it

Will add this to the readme.

When it comes to the other formats I added it with https://calibre-ebook.com/

It's a great free software that will pretty much any need edits on epubs and mobi but not on PDFs :/
