XMAS is working great for my project. It allows me to map all the cross links to a large complex.

I want to get all possible K-K distances in the structure and compare that to the XL distances. It would be great if I can just load up a pseudobond file that contains all the possible coordinates or if it automatically generates a plot (and its associated tsv file).
