Opacity problem with scss

I am using 1.15.1 compiled with dart2js 2.1.0 this version of sass and getting opacity problem. its passing 15% as 0.0015 when i am trying $opacity/100 to $opacity in _drop-shadow-converter it's giving proper .15 

So please Update the script
