Force Microfrontends to Set 'showSplash' Property #724
Description
The default for showSplash should be changed so that microfrontend display a splash until signaling readiness, as with the lazy options.
A compat mode should provide backward compatibility for existing capabilities, logging a warning if the showSplash property is not set, just as with the lazy compat mode.
