Send dataset interaction logs to the Graylog for Statistics view

In ESS we want to collect dataset interaction logs in the graylog for statistics dashboard, the statistic should include:

• published dataset access
• private dataset access
• published dataset download
• private dataset download

I like the idea generally.
On thought I had was, wether we should create separate audit logger for such cases? But that can be done later as well.
