Make use of Aliasing API for alias_A and alias_b

Uses the aliasing system from SciMLBase SciML/SciMLBase.jl#830

Defaults are kept, and alias_A and alias_b are still respected as kwargs if LinearAlias.alias_A and LinearAlias.alias_b are nothing.
