I wrote two functions to perform the transformations. We are supposed to transform the equations into using only new variables and get substitution of default values for new variables. With these obtained values ODESystem can be formed. However the current implementation doesn't still check if the transformations are possible to do or not.
@ChrisRackauckas could you give some insights on this?
