Error when creating system with indexed variablesΒ #3848

Describe the bug 🐞

When creating a System for a Dynamic control problem the creation fails if the system variables are indexed.

Expected behavior

The system block to be initialized. For example the below code DOES work, but I would like to use indexed variables for a larger system of equations.

This code does not work because x(..)[1] is indexed. Is there another way it should be declared?
