That commit says it was a temporary change only. Would it be OK to restore non-draft mode on these pages now, @AayushSabharwal?

For the pages that contain dependencies updated to MTKv10, yes they can be restored. Catalyst, for example, still isn't on v10 so those pages have to stay drafts.
