Should Macro syntax be implemented across the board?

I have recently come across this ecosystem and would quite like to contribute.

I would like to ask if the general direction of this library and MTK itself is to use the 'new' syntax of @mtkbuild, @mtkmodel and related makros?

If so, I would quite like to update the Readme, tests and Hydraulic, I believe, to match this syntax.
