Update Compat with `LinearSolve.jl`

Some of the algorithms in the library folder also uses LinearSolve.jl.

Should we update the [compat] for LinearSolve v3 ?

Cause I think there is some compat issue between StochasticDiffEq.jl, OrdinaryDiffEqDifferentiation, OrdinaryDiffEqNonlinearSolve and our package while trying to bump compat version here.

The output of status --outdated -m from my environment says:

LinearSolve v2.39.0 (<v3.0.0): NonlinearSolve, NonlinearSolveFirstOrder, NonlinearSolveQuasiNewton, OrdinaryDiffEqDifferentiation, OrdinaryDiffEqNonlinearSolve

Therefore, I think the following packages needs to bump the [compat] version of LinearSolve:

• NonlinearSolve
• NonlinearSolveFirstOrder
• NonlinearSolveQuasiNewton
• OrdinaryDiffEqDifferentiation
• OrdinaryDiffEqNonlinearSolve

Is it also possible to bump the version of these packages ?
cause I'm fixing the [compat] for my package.
