The manifest is not for the right version of Julia, and this has no changes to the code so I'm closing.

I don't understand what all of these PRs are for. The overwhelming majority of the work in updating the benchmarks to breaking changes is updates to the benchmark code itself. Opening PRs just bumping the Project.toml is not helpful, it's the updating of the benchmark code that actually matters.
