Isolating the EGFR benchmark to run, apologies for the delay @isaacsas

I think that the jmd file should be good to merge @isaacsas @ChrisRackauckas though it occurs to me that I probably don't want to add the EGFR network SBML files if they are already elsewhere in the package? Should I just use the one in the Bio folder?
