Adding Example of Accelerated Large-Eddy Simulation

I would like to work on implementing the example of “Automated Discovery of Large-Eddy Model Parameterizations” in this paper https://arxiv.org/abs/2001.04385 for documentation.

Should I first draft a code for the example, then add the description to turn it into a tutorial/example?
