ComponentArray based problem causes lots of issues with Zygote.gradient() #1283

Describe the bug 🐞

Attempting to obtain a parameterwise gradient through Zygote and SciMLSensitivity fails when the u0 and parameters are ComponentArrays for most sensealg choices (ZygoteVJP shown).

Expected behavior

Gradient of parameters should be returned for most sensealg choices.

Additional context

This problem is pretty interesting to try with different sensealg choices, because a lot of them give weird errors. ZygoteAdjoint() hangs for an extremely long time, then spits out a long error about solver autodiff incompatibility, TrackerAdjoint() causes issues for the linear solve step, ReverseDiffAdjoint() gives a strange inexact error, but ForwardDiffSensitivity() works.

GaussAdjoint/QuadratureAdjoint with autojacvec= EnzymeVJP crashes Julia, TrackerVJP has a missing key error, ReverseDiffVJP, ZygoteVJP, and ForwardSensitivity (on its own) give similar errors, but with TrackedArrays, Buffers, and SubArrays respectively; unable to use the ComponentArray fields. Nothing, true, and false work, but for larger problems/UDEs with lots of parameters, they are slow and memory intensive.
