Can't Compile libllama.dll binaries

Description

This is not a code issue but a personal issue, When I'm testing on a company work machine I am unable to compile the binaries for Windows. Is there anyway to get a download of the libllama.dll? I've tried cross compiling from Linux(Docker/WSL) but that keeps failing, and my work machine can't cmake.

If you install the backend nuget package that should include the pre-built binaries.

If you're trying to work with LLamaSharp source (i.e. cloning this repo) they should be auto downloaded as part of the build, if that's failing you could fetch them from here manually: https://github.com/SciSharp/LLamaSharpBinaries/releases. Check in the csproj file to find the binary release ID property which tells you which one you need.
