Use logging module for debugging purposes?

We have some logging in place in Iris, but it is not used everywhere.

We should either:

• Proliferate logging throughout Iris
  OR
• Remove existing logging from Iris

Original idea

• As a
  Person providing Iris user support
• I want
  To have as much information as possible about Iris' operation, more than would be appropriate for a typical user
• So that
  I can support the user without needing to delay things while I try to reproduce their reported problem or modify their script with extra debugging code

Notes from team discussion

• We can already debug without this, unclear how much extra help it would be
• If we find a 'black box' in Iris that could be explained better with logging steps, we should equally consider making it less of a black box
• Could investigate how easy things would be with Loguru
