• Reasonably well-known and widely used (e.g. if it's a GitHub project, it should have at least 100 stars and/or 50 forks)
• English interface (or at least English documentation)
• Latest stable version
• Full version (i.e. not a trial version)
• Fairly standard install (e.g. uses a version-specific download URL, no elaborate pre/post install scripts)

Description

The extra "jaspersoft-studio" package is no longer hosted on sourceforge, please update the url to use the new jaspersoft hosted binary downloads. It appears that JasperStudio is now wanting you to log in and download the CE zip artifacts and generates a one time zip attachment url to download the package. A potential solution is to download the zip and host in a public location so it can be download via scoop publically.
