[Bug]: NanaZip installation does not properly install the MSIX package

Prerequisites

• I have written a descriptive issue title.
• I have searched all issues/PRs to ensure it has not already been reported or fixed.
• I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.

NanaZip

Expected/Current Behaviour

Scoop does not install NanaZip using the MSIX, but rather it's manually unpacking the MSIX and getting the files within. The "modern" flavor of NanaZip depends on package identity and will behave unpredictably when installed in this way.

In other words, this method of installation is not supported by NanaZip.
