Stuck at Preloader

I downloaded this awesome looking template and when I try to open the index file, I just see the preloader (the word Bondy and animated dots). It never moves beyond this.

Am I missing something?

For those having a similar problem, the solution turned out to be fixing the link to the jquery library.
