MVP: Leaders needs to be able to book events

A scout leader/rover scout should be able to book events. 

When booking an event they need to state: 
- Name and phone number to a (adult) that is responsible for the booking
- Scout group
- Number of people the booking is for (note: this can not exceed the number of places the organizer set as max)
