[Feature]: Add /shop & /heal commands

Feature request:
I would like to suggest adding two new commands with permission support.

1. A /shop command that opens the villager shop GUI.

Details:
Command: /shop
Permission: bedwars.shop (or similar)
Behavior: Opens the same shop GUI that is normally accessed via the villager NPC

2. A /heal command that allows a player to heal themselves once per game.

Details:
Command: /heal
Permission: bedwars.heal (or similar)
Behavior: Fully restores the player’s health
Limitation: Can only be used one time per match
Reset: The usage should reset when a new game starts

3. A /feed command that fully restores hunger and saturation.

Details:
Command: /feed
Permission: bedwars.feed (or similar)
Behavior:
Restores hunger to maximum
Sets saturation to maximum
Limitation: Can only be used one time per match

4. Instant respawn (like on GommeHD, bypassing the standard 5-second respawn timer.

Details:
Permission: bedwars.respawn (or similar)
Behavior: Instantly respawns the player without waiting

These commands would add more flexibility for server owners and custom gameplay setups.
