Expose as Network Service via [micro](https://github.com/micro/micro)

For functionality common across apps it becomes a pain to generate a mapping file and pass it in via an argument along with the shop name/id. 

It'd be much easier to keep passing in the shop name/id and just expose the lookup as a network service.
