Wrong timezone on the Screenly player

An issue is that the clock app displays UTC+0 time on the Screenly player, but https://time.is shows the correct timezone.

How to reproduce:

1. Add the clock-app to your Screenly player's playlist
2. Make sure that your screen has other than UTC+0 zone
3. Play it on the device

Note: also, as far as I can see, the clock-app does not take the Screenly metadata into account. Is this expected?

Looks like the time returned by the browser has some issue for some locations.
